Terms of Service
Effective date: August 20, 2026
1. Service description
M3U Bridge is a technical gateway and metadata enrichment platform. Users connect sources they are authorized to use; M3U Bridge does not provide, sell, or distribute television channels, movies, series or streaming subscriptions.
The Service provides playlist normalization, data transformation, metadata aggregation, and protocol bridging between supported media formats and application endpoints.
2. Eligibility & account
To use M3U Bridge, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Acceptable use
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon strict compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Please review the complete rules regarding authorized sources and prohibited activities on our dedicated page: Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Subscription & billing
Selected plans may include a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a free trial. If no paid subscription is activated before the end of the trial, access to trial features may be suspended or limited. A recurring paid subscription begins only after the user explicitly selects a paid plan and provides a valid payment method.
Payments are processed securely via our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Service availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability and reliability of the Service. However, M3U Bridge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service availability may be subject to scheduled maintenance, upstream source reachability, and third-party infrastructure conditions beyond our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M3U Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to M3U Bridge during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the M3U Bridge operating entity, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will update the version and date shown below. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
When connecting or configuring sources in the platform, users may be prompted to re-confirm compliance with the current terms version.
